Charlotte Goes to Las Vegas...

Well, very fitting that Charlotte's first vacation would be of all places... Las Vegas!

Bob, Charlotte and I flew to Vegas for two nights so that Bob could play the horses on Breeders Cup Day and Diane and Charlotte could have some fun! Charlotte was a champ on the airplane. No tears!

Getting around Vegas with the stroller and taxis was rough but we managed!

Of course we had to visit our favorite Vegas Places...we visited Dad at Bally's while he played the ponies, checked out Paris (almost as good as the real thing), found an ice blended from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf...

and walked to Mom's favorite place, Fashion Show Mall for lunch at Nordies and some retail therapy!

Charlotte didn't really take naps during the day much, 20 minutes here and there... so bedtime turned out to be around 6pm and she subsequently slept for 8 straight hours!

Charlotte was waking up when most of Vegas was going to sleep (2 am)!!! SO much for my plans to get a cold margarita in the evening! We'll have to do it again sometime... without Charlotte! However, a great time was had by all!
