Charlotte... 6 months old and growing!
Sweet Charlotte celebrated her 1/2 Birthday on St. Patrick's Day in style... wearing green of course! Everyone enjoyed a wonderful party at Ellen and Bills! Charlotte was lucky enough to hang out with both of her grandmas... and there was more than enough corned beef and cabbage to go around.

Charlotte enjoyed hanging out with her older cousin Jessalyn and loved watching her run all over Nana and Grandpa's backyard. She can't wait for the day when she too can eat "grown up" food, run after balls and torment poor old Zeb!
Let's see... what do six month old babies do? Well Charlotte is loving the baby food! She doesn't seem to have a favorite, but she definitely did NOT like the "organic spinach and potato dinner" we tried out the other day. Spoonful in, spoonful spit out! I was curious so tasted it also and promptly through the jar away! It was disgusting! She loves avocado, sweet potatoes, prunes, peas, butternut squash, apples, mangos, apricots... just about anything really!
We're not crawling but she seems to have figured out how to drag her body across the floor if there is something she wants to get. Usually it is the remote control, a book, toy, her dad's foot (a favorite).

Bathtime and feeding the ducks at McKinley Park are the hilights of the day. They are the hilights of my day too. We get a little exercise and post bathtime I get a little quiet time after Charlotte goes to sleep!
