The 25 Letter Alphabet!
Well Baby Wagner's Alphabet "Mural" is about complete. Our friend Victor, a very talented carpenter/craftsman who restores old homes made the molding (out of two long pieces of wood) exactly how we wanted it. He is so talented! As soon as he put it up I was on the phone to our painter Armando begging him to come by and paint it. I assured him it was a small job and it would only take him an hour. He reluctantly came over at 8 am the next day to paint. Armando is the greatest painter... he uses NO masking tape... and did I mention he came to the help of a begging/pleading pregnant lady (with broken toes)? What a guy!
Diane measured and thought the two walls were the perfect distance for the alphabet cards... turns out she mis-calculated and only 25 letters fit! Bob got a real kick out of this (she has mis-calculated before)! We'll have to remember to switch out a missing letter from time to time so that the Baby isn’t confused. Intuition tells me everything will work out fine!
