Green Thumb

This mug is from the California Farm Water Coalition. I got it at the ACWA conference. I went over to the booth to pick up a bumper sticker and a mug and they were all out of mugs. I was pretty bummed. They told me they'd mail me one. I said that isn't necessary, but thanks. Five minutes later the guy hunts me down and hands over his mug (with coffee residue in bottom). He said, "As long as you don't mind that it has been used, you can have my mug." I was really touched by his generosity. Then he said, "Hey, you live in Sacramento?" I said yes. He said they would love it if I happened to be driving by the State Capitol that I could snap a picture of my car, with the bumper sticker showing, and the Capitol in the background...

Anyway so I'm out in the garden watering the veggies, with my cool mug and I decided to snap a photo with the veggies in the background. Not exactly the product placement the California Farm Water Coalition had in mind but so what!
