That Face...

Today is our 3-year wedding anniversary. A lot has happened in three years and I think it is great that Bob and I continue to learn new things about each other, and find new things to do together as time goes by. The three of us are going to Tower Cafe tonight to celebrate. Tower Cafe has turned into our "celebratory" restaurant which is fun and funny in the same. For one, none of us are crazy about the food. It is okay, not spectacular. However, we ate there when Charlotte turned 1, then on Bob's birthday, and again on my birthday this year. The decor is very funky, there is a neat fountain outside, and it is always crowded and pretty lively.

We've had a busy week and it is only Wednesday! Yesterday we drove out to El Dorado Hills to Melissa's house and finally met Chase Martin, Wendy and Andreas's new baby boy. It was so great to see that beautiful baby with the big blue eyes. He's happy and adorable and looks exactly like his parents. Charlotte was excited about it but quickly turned her attention to Melissa's kids, Jake and Natalie who are 5 and 3 1/2 and their two new kittens. I am pretty sure Jake and Natalie have the coolest toys, and are the most fun kids to play with in all of Northern California! Charlotte is still talking about them!

Friday we all head to Menlo Park to go to Paula's wedding. Paula and I have been friends since pre-school and I am so excited she met such a special guy. Paula will be joining him in Chicago after the wedding/honeymoon and I hope the Wagners can pay them a visit soon, I love Chicago!
